I need clarification on the syndication of Google news on other sites.

Currently I am syndicating RSS feeds from several sites on
rpgamerica.com, which is not taking in a dime. So it does not conflict
with the rules for syndicating the Google news feeds.

However we have a product in development that we will be selling on our
site, which technically will make our site a for profit site. Though we
are still providing all of our feeds free of charge, protecting
copyrights, and not manipulating URLs. Will we still be able to
syndicate the Google news feed, or does the addition of an ecommerce
stop us from doing that.

We will with hold syndicating Google's news feed until this is
clarified.
