Escalation of Criminals and Crimes in M***achusetts: Ask the Mayor of
Boston, State/Boston/other Police, former Governor/Lt Governor of MA
and Rescind the theory of overloading parental responsibility

The first insight into this article is the nation/community/people
base crime/criminal control and stopper theory the Publishers
presented to leaders, lawmakers, politicians and governments worldwide
including the Mayor of Boston and former Governor/Lt Governor of MA.
It appears the community dying in M***achusetts is not part of
M***achusetts.
The present Honourable Governor of MA, Police Chief of Boston and
the Guardian Angels have no blames because they are new and they have
inherited the on-going crime and criminal waves. The Publishers found
that the racist media in M***achusetts has started blaming the
Guardian Angels and failed to blame the defeated government and its
agencies that clashed with the laws of America (and) and developed
scary apartheid regime where children, men and women were destroyed
without mercy with the hope that when they are destroyed they rest in
peace and pieces.
The defeated government and Governor and Lt. Governor of
M***achusetts that have over years created apartheid state worst than
the defunct apartheid regime of South Africa and used cruel apartheid
policies and practices to destroy and dump part of the M***achusetts
take the blame. Mayor of Boston puts all his hope on the police
without using the experts within the state to design crime prevention
policy. How is possible to get cooperation from the public that has
been destroyed and rejected.
Solutions to stopping crimes and criminals (see below) are known by
the government and its agencies but pretend and claim innocence
because the deaths and other mishaps are located within the
communities which the government and its agencies have destroyed. This
systemic joy is temporary and infectious.
Remember that ancient and contemporary civilizations have demystified
the consciousness of people and nation and that over 450 year -
present, these are the people that the governments and their agencies
have used racist, apartheid and dictatorial policies and practices
which they called democracy to destroy from parents to parents,
children to children, men to men and women to women.
Therefore, if some of these people are involved in different forms of
crimes to the extent of defeating your police and other security
operatives, your governments and their agencies notwithstanding that
majority of the casualties are within the same oppressed communities
which the governments and their agencies have systemically destroyed.
It is solid with nature and society that time soon comes when the
problem will be corrosive and no longer in the standard of the karmas
or retributive justice (in-Mayor of Boston) but problem for the entire
society and people including the ruler and ruled will be on the run to
the extent of returning to the source of the destruction to see what
to do to remedy the conditions.
Under false determination, some media, law enforcement and
investigative bodies and law courts may copy or be influenced by the
media base predetermination on crimes. Very often a given crimes
committed within the divided and destroyed communities are branded
gang, alcohol, drug and domestic violence related in order to divert
the investigative and adjudicative powers of the law enforcement
authorities and the law courts. The media funded by these destroyers
(government and its agencies) disseminate false news to weaken the
power of investigation in the crimes which occur in these destroyed
communities. The destruction is deliberate to sanction access to right
to services - education, employment, health, self-employment, etc. Now-
a-day destroyed people do not watch and see.
Over 450 years - present these destroyers, know that the stage or
serial destruction started from the entire structure of the operating
policy and practice in education (kindergarten, primary
school, ,middle school, high school, tertiary and training centers)
employment, health, self-employment, etc. These systems are
foundations for the destruction. Within the operating system of
government, are they any members of the law and policy making bodies
that would claim that the law of America has not empowered the
existence of gang, secret cult, domestic and public violence, etc.
and blended with drug, alcohol or other liquors and substance abuses.
Majority of the actors and collaborators is still working and
afflicting more and more destruction. Racist media and related
communications are busy blaming people that have inherited the mess
few months ago and the same vein failed to blame defeated government
and Governor and Lt. Governor of M***achusetts and their government
or part of the premier cause of the being of these dangerous
activities.
The agencies in-charge of law enforcement have been created to serve
specific part of the global society of M***achusetts. Now they are
calling the destroyed and rejected people to enlist in "their own law
enforcement organization". The people making this call must recall
time when the enlistment was not for them but designed under "SPECIAL
TEST" which only one part of the society of MA is fit without merit to
p*** and become law enforcement agents. The same time of electronic
and erasable pencil tests are adapted in schools to make the white
gain edge over non-white.
On the Publishers' social, economic, political, cultural and religion
policy research and investigation, the Publishers found that what is
going on in the State of M***achusetts is what is expected from
destroyed people and under inclusive law enforcement authority. Sound
social, economic, political and cultural policy researchers and
investigators are few in M***achusetts and at this rate of escalation
they failed to understand that the ongoing and longstanding activities
are corrosive and en route to destroy a major part of the state's
social, economic, political and cultural.
The Honourable Governor of M***achusetts has been busy trying to
repair broken or knocked and vandalized government with m***ive budget
deficit and score of persecutory bills signed and dumped to make
normal take off difficult for the governor-elect. Few days ago under
this crisis, one of the racist media published performance ***essment
Gallup Poll against the governor. How would ***essment and evaluation
be possible under this condition?
Call for cooperation between the security operatives and the public or
calling for more fund without winning public confidence is major
incorrectness in security policy. Destroyed people and society are
unequipped to be responsive to public/authority cooperation and
collaboration.
The police and entire law enforcement authority are supposed to be
structured in manner to bear the etiquette or rules of acceptable
structure which relates to the multi-racial/cultural/ethnic democratic
structure of M***achusetts.
Each society must develop its crime and criminal control and stopper.
In M***achusetts, such plan has not been put in place and virtually
nothing is in place to deal with the type of crimes and criminals in
M***achusetts. People and community stay in far distance places from
the police and other security operatives. Trust underweight need for
relation and cooperation. From large evidence/witness to smallest
part of evidence/witness, the Publishers found fear and apprehension
because of the nature of civil administrative strategy. The present
law enforcement authority is not the type required in this type of
democracy.
In study of the anatomy of crimes and criminals in M***achusetts,
there are some special steps to be taken to deal with the crisis. In
the first instance, M***achusetts under the defeated government has

conducting defective and unevenly lumped project and sometimes
pretences have clouded the whole thing. This type of work comes with
defective policy and practice.
Under the standard of M***achusetts' democracy, the intended crime and
criminal control and stopper for MA will match the following
theories:
a. Community Base Alternative Justice Project to incorporate
retention programs inside and outside family setting. The government
and its programs have segregated children, parents, men and women and
posted them far distance from the operating authorities to the extent
of rendering them vulnerable and inactive.
b. Household Base Occupation, Labour, Occupant and Related
Distinction on Data/Profiling Digitations.
c. New method on community base information gathering and analysis.
d. Household, Distinction and Gender Crime Profiling and mechanism
to detect new modeled crime and ***ociation (registered and
unregistered)
e. The position of law enforcement and the public - new public/law
enforcement relation and collaboration
f. Disclosure/Closures - New method and theory on protection of
evidence, witnesses, adjudicators/adjudication and statement (oral/
written)
g. Security operatives including police to contain over 80% reform
from the traditional pattern - community base responsibility which
require that the community must reflect the operating and existing
community in MA. The over 90% white structure, system and operation
scare other nationalities to enlist in the service.
h. Profiling, Grading, Regionalization and Clanization of the Crimes
i. Beginners strategy to realize the democratic law enforcement
system required to enforce law and order in multi-cultural/racial/
ethnic constitutional democracy which M***achusetts has embraced.
In M***achusetts crime and criminal control theory is misaligned
within the parameter of the distinction of colour, race, nationality
and related distinction. Under this condition responsibility for
detection and stopping crimes have been placed into un***igned hands.

study past and present nuclear and extended families. At this point,
the specifics may go beyond ordinary review to student education,
employment and other services.
The damage which the government has done against these innocent
peoples has been uncovered. The victims have indicted and convicted
the government but the government continued to downplay the position
of the victims including aligning the incidents with gang and domestic
violence. There was time in Canada when the victims were accused for
self-destruction whereas the government or leaders, politicians,
lawmakers and their agencies were directly responsible for such
destruction. For example, in 2004 less than 24 hours following the
announcement of the election of the Prime Minister (PM), the personal
cargo ship of the PM was arrest in Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada with
cocaine valued over $10 million.
The law enforcement agencies and departments are demanding more money
more than what they are required to get into focus and involve
projects in their various operations. Crimes and criminals in
contemporary societies have developed new tactics but what is
essential is that these criminals are human beings or living things
and living in one or several places and finally have usual mobility
index. With this index captivity is ***ured. The same analysis is
adapted to stop the crimes because crimes are not outside person and
place.
