21ST CENTURY NEW WORLD ORDER (NWO): CREATION OF TWO UNITED NATIONS OR
NO UNITED NATIONS TO REALIZE WORLD PEACE AND STABILITY

The present United Nations with the Headquarters in New York and other
system unevenly scattered in the nations of the democracies in extreme
discrimination without the nations of the communist, socialist and non-
align nations has been grossly enslaved and rendered useless,
discriminatory and persecutory tool and inefficient.

It is shocking that after the long bitter cold war which no party
claimed winner, in early millennium, the democracies have the gouts
under the auspice of the present United Nations to dictate to the
communist, socialist and non-align nations what and what to do in
order to impoverished them more and more to extent of arrogantly
commanding the communist, socialist and non-align nations to
denuclearize whereas several democracies have extensively nuclearized
uncheckably for good and bad purposes.

Publishers give notice of reminder to leaders, lawmakers, politicians,
governments, etc that the time which operates now is the physical and
spiritual physics and chemistries of the 21st century . These
mechanisms call for change of the traditional revolutionary and
search for good government theories as follows:

a. Call the national, international, continental and intra-
continental cooperation, unity, self-determination to remove external
stakeholders under slave/master relationships to enable them enter
into one and one relationships. The Communist, socialist and non-align
nations can not be the slaves of the democratic world and that all
faiths - Islam, Christianity and score of others be allowed to operate
in both sides and respect themselves under this new world order.

b. Creation of two United Nations: The crisis and cooperation which
ensued and started in 21st century have the ***urance that the best
indicator to ensure peace, stability, development and prosperity of
nations and peoples is emergence of two worlds - democratic nations on
first part and communist, socialist and non-align nations on second
part. Under this type of partition of cooperation and relationship,
there is closer ties between the communist, socialist and non-align
and African, Arab, Asian, South and Central American nations more than
democratic nations. Under this plan North/South relation will not
matter, what would matter is that when these two world exist as master
versus master, the world will enjoy peace, stability and accelerated
social, economic and political development and prosperity.

c. The Publishers have conducted research and investigation and
reviewed the past to uncover the cause and effect of the on going
m***ive loss of life and property including infecting of the entire
Africa with AIDS/HIV and the snail war base genocide directed against
the Moslems or Arabs and Africans.

d. The study extends to review of material and other causes. For
example, the conflict and war in Africa and Middle East are not war
and conflict designed to establish democracy, good government,
justice, freedoms and human rights but war and conflict of hate,
divide/rule and control of natural resources. Hate triggers divide
and rule and the focus of the outcome of divide and rule is fight to
control human resources. Nothing more in these conflicts and wars.

e. Under specific review, the Publishers found shocking path that
Islam/Moslems have been profiled for total elimination because in
Middle East and Africa, the conflicts and wars have manufactured
several vicious and bloody civil wars and conflicts. These vicious
and bloody civil wars and conflicts are bedrock for smooth
exploitation and theft of natural resources.

CHEAP STRATEGY FOR ENDING DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL WARS AND
CONFLICTS

After reviewing the on-going uncontrollable loss of life and property,
the Publishers have commanded all parties in the on-going wars and
conflicts to unconditionally and immediately stop the wars and
conflicts.

Failure within 4 months, there is doubtless expectation for the owner
of the natural resources which they are fighting for to immediately
demobilize the entire natural resources by targeting and controlling
them. The major issue is whether situation without visible natural
resource would empower conflicts and wars.
