NIGER DELTA REGION REGION OF NIGERIA: NOTICE TO SHUTDOWN THE ENTIRE
OIL/GAS PRODUCTION IN NIGERIA - NGOs INTERVENTION
March 03, 2007
When you (Olusegun Obasanjo) were detained/imprisoned by the military
government of Nigeria, we fought hard to effect your release and save
your life which was condemned to death by the military dictators and
their foreign allies.
Evidence of this intervention maybe sought from different
international communiqués - National Conscience Party or National
Conscience, foreign emb***ies, Campaign for Democracy (CD -Nigeria),
etc. Since 1914 majority of this type of bad decisions to incarcerate
Nigerians are made oversea by the foreign protectionist or oil or
energy paranoid or criminals.
Then we did not see any offence you have committed to warrant your
death sentence. Now the foreign/domestic oil companies, politicians,
lawmakers and their allies have detained, imprisoned and charged such
as the vice-president of Nigeria, leader and members of the freedom
fighters, human rights activists.
The Niger Delta Region freedom fighters for example, have been very
kind and they were campaigning under normal constitutional rights
standards to ***ert their fundamental human rights but your government
and its allies continued litter blood of several thousands of innocent
children, men and women of Nigeria. Do to this kindness the freedom
fighters honored your invitation for round table talk purpose of
brokering peace. They traveled from the region to Abuja to meet with
your government.
Under new wave of the contemporary forms of freedom campaign, these
types of campaigner are not supposed to honour your meeting
personally. We have severally blamed you for not respecting this
gesture.
During this type of campaign mediation and conflict resolution are
conducted by exchange of documentary and related submissions of fact,
evidence and others because of this type of childish outside decided
action by your government and its friends.
We have reviewed several possibilities and found that your government
hate peace inside and outside the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria. You
are aware during the 1960s when you were anti-racism campaigner that
these oil or energy paranoid or criminals, prefer conflict and
instability to enable them make more profit on oil exploitation and
flight. They believe in shading blood of the innocent children, men
and women and destruction of property to get ONLY oil and other
profits.
Any casualties in the Niger Delta Region, we blame your government
because you did not review the conditions of these people and the
amount of money looted inside and outside the region by your
government and other past governments and their foreign allies. These
people have been detained/imprisoned, killed, impoverished, rendered
tenant in their own home land, unemployed, and suffered several other
cruelties. Over 95% of the oil/gas and other revenues of Nigeria are
sourced from this region.
We have read recent statement from this region. The statement is in
form of notice to your government and these oil or energy paranoid or
criminals. The extent of this notice is that the freedom fighters
intend to shutdown the entire oil/gas facilities and production in
Nigeria.
Due to this notice and your inability to make peace and because of the
safety of the people in Nigeria - Nigerians and foreigners, the
international court will secure the jurisdiction to hear this conflict
because there is no longer credible domestic mechanism in Nigeria to
hear the conflict, 1935 - present. NOT LATER THAN 30 days from the
date of the posting of this reminder, we will apply for regional power
of attorney to forward our submission to UN General ***embly. These
people are not requesting more than their rights.
Another important part of our reminder is the selective charge slammed
against the Vice President of Nigeria. Remember that it is no longer
news that the contemporary oil or energy paranoid or criminals inside
and outside Nigeria hate Islam/Moslems. His (VP of Nigeria) religion,
ethnic nationality and regional origin are reason why he has been
selected and charged.
Nigeria and Nigerians have changed a lot and more dedicated to search
for civil liberties. Do you thing Nigerians will take the patience now
for these criminals to repeat what they did to Ken SaroWiwa, Abiola
and several others?
The soft advice to your government is for unconditional release of the
detained/ imprisoned and start peace talk now. You have little or no
time in government to make mark and return Nigeria to good place to
live.
