REPRESENTATIVES IN THE MAJORITY OF THE DISTRICTS (AND) IN
M***ACHUSETTS AND WHAT NON-WHITE GOVERNOR-ELECT SUFFERED SO FAR -
JANUARY 2007 - FEBRUARY 2007.

WHAT NON-WHITE GOVERNOR-ELECT SUFFERED SO FAR - JANUARY 2007 -
FEBRUARY 2007.


After further study, the case of M***achusetts maybe made the case of
other states in the United States of America to realize America's
Multi-cultural/racial/ ethnic/religion constitutional federal
democracy.

In M***achusetts the defeated government has created apartheid system
where residents are divided and ruled under internal division to make
them to be widely excluded and marginalized. When society is divided
and ruled there is high crime, poverty and other malaises in the
society.

Under apartheid, exclusion and marginality membership of political
party is not important because the key player is the distinction of
race, colour, nationality and related distinction. Surprise cross
electoral process is experienced under this type of regime.

For example, M***achusetts is unlawfully dominated by the White. Under
this domination left, right, independent and center political parties
mean nothing. For several years, when no change was made from the
executive inside power, the oppressed (Whites, Blacks, Hispanic,
Arabs, Asians, Indians, etc) used game of number to win.

But the inside power which is based on distinction of colour and race
without nationality and other distinction within the executives, for
over one month effective swearing in ceremony, the governor-elect has
been facing different inside problems which were created by the
defeated government and supported under the distinction of colour and
race. Some of these problems are created punitive imbalance budget;
score of hard-to-overcome bills; several social and economic
sabotages; opposing everything without solution; infantilizing the
governor-elect, creating problem for the governor-elect and blame the
governor-elect; etc

The problem becomes more and more difficult for the governor-elect
because the media is over 98% racist (March 1, 2007) and equivalent to
the racist media in Australia, Canada and defunct apartheid regime of
South Africa. Under this system of media, there is problem of
misinformation to the public and censorship of information.

Instead of using the media which is directly and indirectly funded by
the tax money, the news is directed towards promoting the political
ambition of the governor of the defeated government. Severally, news
is directed towards the political activities of this governor and few
events of the governor-elect are aired or published. The few news
aired or published would be bad news which are created to insult the
governor-elect.

Furthermore, politicians, lawmakers and party politics, entered into
unnecessary discussions. For example, the Black governor-elect and his
government have no right to change the dirty upholstered chairs,
repaint official cars, purchase good official car that would not
breakdown during official ***ignment, Black governor-elect must use
the abandoned office tables, chairs, lockers, governor-elect must not
use the official helicopter of the police, etc. Opinion of Americans
is against this ancient and persecutory civilization and it is wholly
un-American.

M***ACHUSETTS

The Publishers conducted thorough research, investigation and review
on the theory of GATEWAY TO EVERYTHING ON GOOD LIFE (education,
training, employment, home, family, society and community, etc), the
Publishers said, " M***achusetts Department of education and its
accessories (Department of Transitional ***istance, JobNet/Career
Development Centers, health and health care delivery - nurses training
centers, Red Cross and other training centers, etc) are nothing less
than criminals and floating dangerous and secret program across
M***achusetts."

Nothing is possible with out formal and informal education and
training all of which is path to employment and further realization of
all other conditions in human good life such as good shelter, food,
family, patriotism, neighborhood, society and related good thing.

On path to realization of education, training and employment, there
are score of racist and discriminatory policies and practices (success
handcuff) embodied in extensive exclusion and marginality directed
against non-white. This unlawful power comes from the commander-in-
chief and his/her workforce.

To uncover how this type of extensive exclusion and marginality was
built with the discovery that right to education, training and
employment is gateway to everything, the Publishers researched,
investigated and reviewed education and training because without
formal and informal education and training, employment and other good
things can not be realized.

After this stage, the Publishers moved into the heart of the fact of
the theme articled. The Publishers studied immigration, geography,
segregation, demography, population, and depopulation of M***achusetts
with concentration deeply engraved in exemptions, exclusion,
partition, demarcation, integration, etc. along colour, race,
religion, ethnic, etc lines. Immigration, apartheid and segregation
have played important role in building highly anti-Multi-cultural/
racial/ ethnic/religion constitutional federal democracy in
M***achusetts.

The Publishers found that the same cruel social, economic, cultural
and political theories, policies and practices adapted by white
against non-whites in Canada, Australia and defunct apartheid regime
of South Africa have been adapted in M***achusetts.

Further reason why there is few or no elected and appointed
representatives in M***achusetts is further studies on political
movement, organization, ***ociation and campaign in M***achusetts.
The Publishers found that what the M***achusetts Department of
education and its accessories are doing to exclude non-white are what
the organizers of political movement, organization, ***ociation and
campaign are doing to exclude non-white. Non-whites have been very
eager to join political movement, organization, ***ociation and
campaign in M***achusetts but the organizers (over 97% white) have
deliberately and criminally sanctioned non-whites.

To change the longstanding anti-Multi-cultural/racial/ ethnic/religion
constitutional federal democracy in M***achusetts the following steps
must be followed:

a. Broad base constitutional amendment - education, political
participation, regionalization, districting, etc

b. sanction divide/rule and longstanding apartheid society, system,
etc;

c. empowering formation of separate community base ***ociation,
traditional meeting and groups along race, colour, religion and ethnic
lines - this part and (b) above of the research and investigation of
the Publishers are what security operatives, US homeland security and
other require to reduce crime and costs at the rate of over 54%.
