COMCAST CABLE/TELEPHONE BECOMES COMPLAINANT AND DEFENDANT AND USED THE
WEAKNESS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATIONS AND ENERGY TO EXCEL
ABOVE LAW AND TO SPY AND OVER BILL NON-WHITE CUSTOMERS (IMMIGRANT,
REFUGEES, EXPERT, PROFESSIONAL, INVESTOR AND OTHERS)

All policy makers must known that the growth and boom of any economies
depend on equitable access to the right to Communications, energy and
housing. The cruel service bills manufactured and imposed on the above
listed victims remain operative along race, colour, religion,
nationality and related distinction are capable of causing
bankruptcy, heart attack, hyper neuro-syndrome, death, migration,
recession, under-development, emigration, etc.

Under these cruelties, M***achusetts is like Canada, Australia and
defunct apartheid regime of South Africa. Casework: Communications,
energy and housing are feeling as if they are above the law or that
politicians, lawmakers and executives are share and stake holders of
the operating utilities in M***achusetts.

These service companies are fast in advising victims of these
outrageous bills to go to "court or write to Bush." Is it true that
some of these business services are backed by lawmakers, politicians,
government, and other authorities in power?

In the complaint of the Ofume family v. Comcast, soon as the complaint
was filed with the Department of Communications and energy, both the
telephone and cable were permanently disconnected without respect for
any law. Personal contacts with the Department of communications and
energy show that a female staff of the department has been in-charge
of the complaint but she sat on the complaint without action taken to
set the complaint down for hearing including granting interim
injunctive relief pending the determination of the complaint.

The female intaker told the Complainant that the federal government of
America has removed almost all the power bestowed upon it as an agency
of the government. Therefore if such legal drill were made by the
federal government there will be insurable issue as to whether state
power is not compromised under the collaboration between the federal
and state government. It appears that the federal government has taken
some of the major powers of the federation of America because services
like communications and energy are enabling and controlling power of
any government.

Under over-payment (Ofume family v. Comcast), June 2006 through
December 2006 notwithstanding that there was no outstanding amount due
and owing, the Ofume family in an effort to maintain/keep telephone
without cable further step forward to pay another over payment of
$30.00 of the $19.00/month. After removing this money from Sovereign
Bank under the conspiracy between Comcast and Sovereign Bank, the
Comcast maintained the indefinite or permanent disconnection of the
family's telephone and cable.

Revealing from source of the department, 100% of the over 27 telephone
calls to the Department of Communications and energy were not
received. The calls were hung upon hearing the voice of the caller
and reason for the calls. The reason for the call is to know whether
the department has received the complaint and set date for hearing.

After the Complainant has made over 45 telephone and personal calls
and contacts on the Department of Communications and energy, with
surprise the department told the Complainant that the Defendant has
been ***igned to hear the Complaint of Complainant. How is this
possible under constitutional democracy where the Defendant has
declined all talks before the Complainant proceeded to file complaint
the defending party is ***igned to hear the complaint.

Contrarily to the decision to allow, defendant become both the judge
and defendant, the Complainant advised the department to enter
judgment, either allow or disallow the complaint to enable the
complainant proceed to SUPERIOR COURT. Ignoring this simple advice,
few days later the Defendant wrote a letter or notice of hearing dated
February 14, 2007 to the Complainant and the letter was received by
the Complainant on February 20, 2007.

Arrogantly, the letter set mandatory hearing dated on February 21,
2007 which is less than 24 hours to receipt and punitively while the
Complainant's remain unlawfully disconnected the Defendant ordered
that the hearing will be heard by telephone. Which telephone?

To get the telephone connected, the Complainant called the Defendant
immediately in other to meet the deadline. The Complainant asked the
Defendant which telephone will be used for the hearing. The Defendant
said, "go to pay public or purchase cellular phone." The Complainant
advised the Defendant to reconnect the phone pending hearing and
determination of the department. The Complainant called the Defendant
on his cell phone and managed to continue the hearing on his cell
phone but in order to create more punitive costs on the Complainant,
the Defendant refused to go straight to the fact of the complainant
and hearing. The purported hearing stopped at this point.

The Hon. Governor-Elect, Deval Patrick will not be able to uncover
this problem on time or forever because of the fatal cold war of
censorship which the Publishers experienced from the operative in the
governor's office. Further reason information from the oppressed
people would not reach the governor is the side crisis of racism in
media and journalism in M***achusetts. In the State House, the White
has laid a secret ambush to block non-whites from delivery letters and
other information to Hon. Governor-Elect, Deval Patrick.

The Publishers have delivered several letters to the office of the
governor but to date no reply. This reason why the Publishers have
decided to use international communications to talk to the governor
and his government. It has never been in any advantage to talk to
government on issues of policy and practice under broadcast
information system.
