Greetings,

I need help puting a form on my homepage so that a user would put their
zip or postal code into the for, click to respective link and take them
to my Map page with my GOOGLEMap API and show the services posted on my
website in their surrounding area.

I could really use the help. Suggestions or help websites would be
appreciated.

Have you tried the google maps API, or
Google Maps forum as follows
http://groups.google.com/group/Googl.../topics?lnk=sg
There are probably other Maps groups - but you can look for them
Or find a site that is doing what you require and examine how its done.
