As someone who has absolutely no money, it is very difficult for me to
get even the most basic help, I want to look into the possibility of
adding a google news feed to my web site, but everywhere I look there
are no understandable instuctions on how to do this, plenty of stories
on RSS feeds, plenty of free reeders offered online, but not one of the
pages I have seen actually tells you how you place it on your web site
page so people can read the news.
Even Goggle's own page doesn't tell you that

Is anybody still interested in making the internet understandable?

Looks like no one is, but then the internet is becoming more and more
elitisist, no place for people with disabilities
