Default Removing a post from Google Archives - 06-04-2007, 03:03 AM

Removing a post from the Usenet Archives maintained by Google is a
daunting task which I am unable to unravel.

I enter the email account used for the posting from this page...
http://services.google.com:8882/urlc...&lastcmd=login

....then Log in, which brings up this page.

http://services.google.com:8882/urlconsole/controller

I then select "Remove a single page using meta tags" and enter the
message ID for the message I want to remove (obtained from the Options
for that message).

I have no idea what meta tags are or how to insert them.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I think I must be on the wrong page
for removing a newsgroup message, or the account login is for some other
account, not the email address.

Thanks.
