When searching at Google about "Volunteer Forum"

As my site is optimized for.
( My site: www.volunteerforum.se )
I get on page 4, and there is ALOT of pages whit less Page Rank before
my site
and they have only the short word "Volunteer Forum" somewhere at that
page...
But there is no forum or something at all on 95% of the sites before
me...

So i start to wonder what the heck is going on...
Almost one year ago i started this site and the stranges thing
is that im on top of a few of words that is ZERO "0" of interest for me
and my visitors..
And some of those words i know alot of other sites before my site has
been optimized for =/

So my conclution is that optimizing a site has zero affect at google..
