There are many aspects taken into consideration for a PageRank (
PR)
score, but to my knowledge, this does not directly relate to the
websites performance with Adwords.
Your website has PR0 ~ but this is normal when a website is just a few
weeks old.
For a good
PR score, you will need many quality websites linking to
your website:
http://www.dmoz.org would be a good place to start.
However, if you want to be high in the search engine index, you will
also need to optimize your website, a few suggestions are here:

You have provide some beautiful images on your website, which look
great to the human viewer, but a search engine robot does not see them
in the same way ~ it can only work on the text string of words you
provide.
If someone is searching for property in your area, it is unlikely they
will enter the word "gary ingram" into a search bar, if they don't know
you. They are more likely to use keywords such as property, real
estate, Whidbey Island, Northwest Washington State.
If you can you should include these keywords in your page TITLE and
DESCRIPTION tags. Also a few sentences on the page including keywords
to get the human viewer and search engine interested.
