Google Problems With Big Daddy
It appears that Google has moved its operation over to a new server farm
and data center, called "Big Daddy". Alas, the new center needed to be
restarted mostly from scratch, which has caused all sorts of problems in
web indexing. Sites that were on top of the heap have now gone missing,
while others are floating to the top. Check out our story about Big
Daddy Woes, and then take a look at our full coverage from Google's
media days.
