Default website restructured - 05-14-2007, 04:23 PM

I've just restrucured my website and now the some of the old links
collected by Google are not good anymore.
How long it will take to Google to get the new links?
Is there a way to speed it up?

thanks!

for example, I use to have the following address:

http://pguiducci.com/discography/sndmtm/sndmtm.html

the same page has been moved to a different folder (like other),
because I restructured the folder organization:

http://pguiducci.com/discography/pao...tm/sndmtm.html

thanks

I forgot to add, Google still has the previous link.
of course all my html pages have been changed accordingly in order to
point to the correct folders.

thanks

You can remove the links by giving a request google. This can be done by
going to url http://www.google.com/webmasters/remove.html and giving a
request to remove an outdated link(dead link). if you don't do this
also the link will be removed within 180 days

i would also like to let Google pick up the new links as well, in other
word to spider my website again. do I need to wait those days or there
is a way to speed up the process?
