I sent request to google to remove the dead link (https://... ) in my
site, but it says they don't support https at this time. So what can I
do to remove it from google?

If you've removed the link from your pages, then it should disappear
from Google eventually. This might take a few days, or it might take a
few weeks / couple of months, depending on how often it spiders your
site.

So basically, hang on a while and it should disappear on it's own.
