My site has been up for almost two months now, and It still hasen't
been indexed into google yet. How do I find out if I am being
penalized or something. The weird thing though, my other site that I
started just about two weeks ago, shows up in google, but only the home
page. Why is the other pages not showing up. The sites in question
are

http://www.ntronics.com ---- doesn't show up in google

http://www.autodreamz.net ----- shows up in google.

Can anyone tell me what can I do to find out if there is something
preventing me from being indexed within google.

I didn't find any spamming methods, both of your sites have incoming
links, they are using the same technology, domain registrant, affiliate
ads, translation services, and even the "Error 404 - Not Found" pages
look similar. One difference is that ntronics.com links to more sites
than autodreamz.net (in "Cool Links" section), but they are all indexed
by Google.

how do you know that they are indexed by google, how did you
come to that conclusion.

I did not say both of your sites are indexed by Google. The site
autodreamz.net is indexed and ntronics.com is not indexed:

"Results 1 - 1 of 1"

http://www.google.com/search?&q=site%3Antronics.com

You need more incoming HTML links preferably from high PageRank web
pages to get more pages indexed by Google.
