Doing a backlink search, I found some sites that included my URL in
their title, meta tags, in "ghosted" text throughout the page, in
unrelated descriptions and even pre-entered into search boxes.

Can other sites insert your URL in their pages to draw whatever traffic
they can from you?

I just found another one, but this used a partial, without the "www"
but the rest of the name (including .com) several times on their page.
Is this something that Google wants to be informed about if you find
this on pages with Adsense?
