Default help!!! - 05-14-2007, 01:09 PM

For some odd reason google isnt letting me check my mail. I still have
my personalized home page and it is fine, however when I try to click
on my mail it seems to go crazy! it wont finish loading it just keeps
on clicking on me and changing internet addresses. is this a bug with
google or do i have a problem on my end?

Are you running anti virus software? Do you know how to access your
software to do a full scan on your system? Try accessing Gmail with a
different browser (load firefox if you have not already) and see if
that fixes the problem. It could be IE specific.

If you have access to a Mac that would be even better (just to check
your email). Run a full system scan on your computer, if you don't have
any anti virus software IMHO I think you should purchase some and start
backing up your senstive data/files to CD or DVD.

The key to finding problems on your computer is 'isolation'. You want
to find an isolated case so you can work on the things speficic to that
case, then you can make sure all the individual parts are in working
order (I.E. browser, email client, Office app).

Not trying to scare you, but that sounds really strange to me.
