To peter.tewfik: Anyone who supports this sort of government intrusion
would be more comfortable living in Salem, M*** in the 1600's. To hell
with the government trying to enforce juvenile viewing habits online or
anywhere else -- that responsibility belongs in the home. And if kids
can't be persuaded to not use library research resources for
age-inappropriate purposes, then so what? It's not society's job to do
what parents can't. Use your energy to teach your kids by example of
your comp***ion and kindness -- decent young humans will follow. If
they see a little skin of the opposite gender in the meantime, perhaps
sex won't be as difficult for them as it apparently is for some of
their elders.
To Google I say: Stay the course; never give in. And get a backbone
over China's censorious policies -- shame on you for being as spineless
as Microsoft, Yahoo and the others...
