America.
But fortunately we have the First Amendment as well.

Kudos to Google for protecting our privacy for standing up to the Bush
Administration's request for data.

I highly recommend we look into supporting groups like:

American's United for Separation of Church & State ( www.au.org )
an excellent group that actively files many lawsuits fighting
church/state separation issues. one that i support myself


Freedom from Religion Foundation ( www.ffrf.org )
another good active group

I disagree with MannyDib and most of the messasges in this group. I am
disappointed that Google resists President Bush's efforts to stop child
pornography. If there is nothing to hide why resist it? I am a Google
investor and seriously question if I want to be ***ociated with a
company that apparently doesn't care about what I care about. From the
looks of the replies on this sight I am in the minority, and that's a
bit scarey. To compare George Bush's administration with the Nazi's
causes me to question the intelligence or knowledge of the person who
expresses it. Do you really know what kind of actions the Nazis carried
out?

The child pronography is a front. Right on google. I have even more
respect for you, the only huge corporation that is still wllling to
stick it to the man. Oh and uh, RickB you right-winged square, the guy
whom posted before you made no such comparison to the nazi party, learn
to question your authority. Theyre not looking out for you, but only
for themselves and their imperialistic regime.

Certainly GW is not a Nazi, but he does have many things in common.
Secret Camps, tapping phones, torturing prisoners, and now spying on
their own citizens. Hmmm.. what is next?

Speaking as a UK citizen, I've used Google for years and have always
been more than satisfied with your service. However, if you give in to
the "Bush Taliban", I shall immediately close my account and use
another search engine! Bush will never include me in his roundup of
free spirited Internet users!

I did not compare GB administration to the Nazi's nor to the Taliban. I
said we have our own Taliban right here, in reference to the Christian
Fundamentalists in this country who are active in trying to inject
their religious views into government.
"Intelligent Design" comes to mind among other things.
