What reputation is that? The reputation for snide remarks or the
reputation as a cnut

Overall Jerry's OK, and he's frequented alt.www.webmaster since the
beginning of time itself. Once in a while someone like you needs to
come along to remind him to adjust the stick up his *** to a more
comfortable spot.

Welcome! You've been here longer than I have. I don't come here much
anymore due to Sprint ("Embarq") dropping usenet access. I just drop
in if google tells me someone uttered a certain keyword. :-) Then I
leave when the wife says to "shut up, your not helping matters".

You must have changed handles at some point or I would have recognized
you. Time to get back to work. Everybody have a great day. Even you
Jerry!

I am back and was glad to see that maybe someone from Page-zone is
responding to things here. Since I have not had success contacting
Page-zone any other way, I will post my question here again:

3) I have attempted to utilize the help desk, but have never been
able to register and log in. I have been trying for about 6 weeks to
acquire a registered account.

This is one of the "complaints" I issued earlier on this thread.

Maybe it wasn't recognized as a question. So, since there might
actually be someone from page-zone listening here:

a) Is it possible to register for help desk now? If so, when did
this change?
b) Is there another way to submit tickets in order to get a question
answered?
c) Why is my mail to page-zone being rejected when I use mail@page-
zone.com? Is there a differenent e-mail address I should be using?

As you can see mail @ page-zone is posted everywhere for the bots to
harvest and spam. After 6 years of this the spam to that address has
topped 10,000 per day. Or roughly 200MB. Mail to that address cannot
be filtered and goes into a searchable database, actually none of our
mail can be filtered for spam because spam complaints would show up as
spam and be filtered. root11 at root11 of the dot net tld is my direct
email. I think you did manage to get in touch with me though. Not sure
why the help desk registration doesn't work. It works for the other
99% who register into it.
