First thing I notice is the oversized 'silhoutette' graphic. It is 63KB
and also overstretched with HTML height of an incorrect number of
pixels. It is a 230x182 pixel graphic, not 230x286. I reduced it to a
10KB .gif, too.

Perhaps dating people are already satisfied with the established
eharmony.com? Perhaps people are tired of Yet Another Dating Site?

Perhaps because everything is hidden in a stealth frameset and they
can't bookmark individual pages?

Google for:
"This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them."
Results 1 - 10 of about 2,200,000

You've not ***igned a background color, so I see my ugly default purple.
Not everyone uses white as a background.

body { background-color: #fff; }

I see you are using FrontPlague. You need to tell it to remove all the
HTML comment markers (<!-- and -->) from the CSS and from the <script>s.
And I don't know what to tell you about all the 1997 markup using HTML
for presentation, rather than CSS...

Thanks for the advice. I will work on it over the weekend.
