I am using the same ISP I have been using for months you numpty.
It's a Tesco.net account. If you check your facts you will find that they
are a downstream reseller of NTL's services, in exactly the same way as
Virgin.net and dozens of others do.
What makes you think it's a dial-up anyway? I've been on broadband for
months.
