Could you show me the VB code (VB6 or VB Script) that do the
following?

When a user (local administrator) run the VB program, the program
will:
1. disable the user from surfing Internet via IE except certain web
sites (e.g. www.microsoft.com)

2. Manage the File Permissions. Set the user's permissions on all
folders in the C: drive to "Read". However, "Full Control" on
C:\Program Files.

3. disable the user from using messager such as "MSN messager".
