A good SERP that will surely boost your organic traffic or a PR, a good ranked site that will tell the overall relevance of your every pages?

Of course,. I will go for SERP,. PR is not that important anymore,.
better focus on SERP,. PR are just for those concern in buy and sell or link trades,.

there is an endless debate that SERP is one of the basis of PR,. or good serp is equal to high PR which I strongly disagree,. SERP has no direct connection with PR,. Any though on this one?

I don't think SERP and PR can be placed in the same development basket. When I think about SERP I picture targeted marketing. PR is much less targeted, and can prove useless, unless you are selling expensive ad space or selling a domain.

A good SERP and Good PR both are helpful for generating traffic. but top SERP helps more in increasing traffic.
