Default Exalead. - 06-02-2007, 08:51 PM

Hello all,

now I'm trying to live without Google at all.

And what is your opinion - is that possible to live without Google
nowadays? The bad think in Google is that everyones wants to optimize
their site *for Google*.

No one optimizes *for Exalead*, so I'm using Exalead as my default
search engine.

Or am I stupid?

By the way, would search engine replacing Google ever appear (I don't
mean Quaero - spent hours finding it's site.)???

I'm waiting...

And no ones have an opinion when Exalead will launch other services like
e-mail?

I'm stupid, but not because I'm from Google Groups, I'm from AIOE, but
because I'm even not 18 yet.

Ikannz from Russia.

Point is, Google has billions of users, and therefore can send some to your
site (if it is unique, useful and interesting, of course!).
Exalead has THREE visitors, so the chances millions of visitors picking your
site from their 22 results is fairly low.

But the choice is yours.

First things first - but not necessarily in that order.

But I don't have my site and want to have better search.
I don't want for someone to optimize my search.

I use Exalead as search, and I'm never doing any SEO. Almost never. :-)

Personally, I still wait to see what Jimbo Wales brings out of Wikia. The
world desparately craves transparent search engines.

Then my advice is simple.

Not rocket science ...
"Pick the BEST search engine"
