I can't get to mysql on the command-line tool..

it's no longer accepting the p***word.. how do I retrieve/reset pswd?

not that I'm sure anybody's interested, but just in case:

went to config wizard.. in p***word section typed pswd I had set
intitally, then for new pswd and confirm pswd typed the same pswd and
voila... got in..

go figure...
